In July, Rev. Dr. Chris Wisdom (retired church planter, pastor, military chaplain, and former vice president of Erskine Theological Seminary) led a workshop on the role of elders and deacons. He examined the topic of church office from a biblical perspective and discussed its outworking in Presbyterian church polity.
Several years ago Rev. Dr. Wisdom donated a number of books from his personal library to TLI, which now make up part of the collection that is available in our reading room. We at the institute are grateful for his investment in the vision of providing friendly access to Reformed resources in Poland!
